The Spin

Left narrative

Thugs have taken advantage of a horrible crime in order to engage in racist violence. By attacking police officers, setting vehicles on fire and terrorizing a community with missiles and fireworks, this organized criminality endangered public safety and intimidated law-abiding residents. Families are now left in their homes, sitting in fear of these masked criminals who think violence solves problems.

Right narrative

Government asylum policies have created a dangerous breakdown in community safety, as failed deportees commit serious crimes against children. Residents who raised legitimate safety concerns were dismissed as fascists by politicians, while ordered deportations never materialized. These are desperate communities seeking to have their voices heard as their own government prioritizes asylum seekers over citizen safety.
