China is fulfilling its responsibilities as a global leader in anti-drug enforcement. The U.S. should focus on its own failures instead of blaming China for "drug warfare."

The fentanyl crisis cannot be pinned on China alone. While some chemicals originate there, the global drug trade thrives on loopholes in multiple countries, from India to Germany to the U.S., which produce and export legal chemicals that traffickers divert to Mexican cartels. Mexico itself is a hub for distribution, not just a victim. Blaming China oversimplifies the problem — ending the crisis requires coordinated enforcement across all nations in the network.
