    The Spin

    Pro-establishment narrative

Trump and Netanyahu are rebuilding ties with Middle Eastern allies, notably Qatar, after recent tensions. Netanyahu's apology for Israeli strikes, facilitated by Trump's diplomatic call, and a U.S. security guarantee for Qatar signal renewed cooperation. This push for stability supports Trump's Gaza peace plan, widely embraced in Israel, fostering hope for regional harmony and global benefit.

    Establishment-critical narrative

Trump's Qatar order and Netanyahu's apology are mere theater, masking Israel's grip on Washington. Israel — the same country whose military officers ordered U.S. officials around at the Pentagon during the Iran strikes — has not had a sudden change of heart. Gulf states, too, are still controlled by both, forcing them to back a rigged Gaza "plan," enabling endless occupation and continued ethnic cleansing.
