Cowardly companies ditched DEI. Consumers are fighting back.

T-Mobile made the right call by ending discriminatory DEI programs that favor certain groups and alienate the public. These policies create unfair advantages and violate equal opportunity principles that should apply to all Americans regardless of background. The FCC is undoing the DEI mess forced by the Democrats on business to appease special interest groups.
This corporate capitulation represents a cowardly abandonment of commitments to fairness and equal opportunity. DEI programs were designed to fight discrimination, not promote it, and dismantling them rewards discriminatory behavior while silencing underrepresented voices in the workplace. Consumers are also fighting back back against the DEI witch hunt.
