Supreme Court will allow Trump administration to end TPS program for Venezuelans

It's about time SCOTUS sided with the executive branch, which must maintain its authority over immigration policy without judicial interference in sensitive foreign policy matters. Unfortunately, too many Democrat-nominated judges have overreached and used the thinnest evidence to block the administration's crucial national security policies.
SCOTUS and the Trump administration are overreacting, as there's no emergency forcing the revocation of TPS while the case is heard in the lower courts. This ruling causes more harm than good. Now, hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans are in danger because — as Noem even acknowledged — the situation on the ground in Venezuela hasn't improved.
