Putin Agrees to Partial Cease-fire in Call With Trump

This was a very good and productive call with Putin. Both sides spoke of the need to end this horrible conflict and agreed to a cease-fire on energy infrastructure, with work proceeding on a more permanent truce immediately.
Pro-Russia narrative
Following proposals from Trump, Russia has agreed to halt strikes on energy infrastructure. Both sides also committed to continue working toward a long-term settlement to the Ukraine crisis and to establishing expert teams to continue that process.
