Summers represents everything wrong with elite privilege — a serial scandal survivor who maintained friendships with convicted sex traffickers while pursuing affairs and making racist jokes. His decades of terrible neoliberal economic policies, corporate corruption and moral failures finally caught up with this arrogant technocrat.

The Summers connection to Epstein should not be spun into some vague anti-establishment story, as he was part of the modern leftist, Democrat regime. From Bill Clinton all the way to Barack Obama and Harvard, Summers worked for the country's progressive elites, and they only pretend to care about his hideous past now that he's been caught.
