A NY judge ruled that former Trump attorney, Rudy Giuliani, must appear before a GA special grand jury hearing regarding alleged 2020 election interference by Trump.

Giuliani will now have to appear as a witness on Aug. 9 after having failed to appear at a hearing regarding whether he could block the subpoena.

The jury has also subpoenaed former Trump lawyer John Eastman, Trump-allied attorneys Jenna Ellis, Cleta Mitchell, and Kenneth Chesebro, as well as Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC).
