Gingrich Floats Jail Time for Jan. 6th Committee Members

Newt Gingrich, a former Republican MOC and one-time Speaker of the House, suggested that the members of the House Special Committee investigating Jan. 6th might face jail time if Republicans retake the House in 2022.
Appearing on Fox News' "Sunday Morning Futures," Gingrich asserted that the Committee and A.G. Merrick Garland had been "running amok" and "breaking the rules" in pursuit of "innocent people."
