Special Competitive Studies Project

The Special Competitive Studies Project (SCSP) is a non-profit organization founded in 2021 by former Google CEO Eric Schmidt to make recommendations on strengthening America's long-term competitiveness in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. The organization focuses on analyzing the implications of AI and technology competition, particularly with China, and advising policymakers on maintaining U.S. technological leadership.
