Presidential Council for Civil Society and Human Rights

The Presidential Council for Civil Society and Human Rights is a consultative body to the President of Russia established in 2004 to facilitate dialogue between the government and civil society organizations. The council advises the president on human rights protection, civil society development, and monitoring the enforcement of human rights legislation in Russia.
