Peter Daszak

Peter Daszak is a British zoologist and disease ecologist who serves as president of EcoHealth Alliance, a nonprofit organization focused on emerging infectious diseases. He is known for his research on the origins of pandemics and his work studying coronaviruses in bats, particularly through collaborations with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
