Pavel Latushka

Pavel Latushka is a Belarusian opposition politician and former Minister of Culture who served as Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus until 2012. He became a prominent member of the Coordination Council of the Belarusian opposition following the disputed 2020 presidential election and currently heads the National Anti-Crisis Management organization advocating for democratic change in Belarus.
