National Mining Association

The National Mining Association (NMA) is the only national trade organization representing the U.S. mining industry before Congress, federal agencies, the judiciary, and the media, founded in 1995 through the merger of the National Coal Association and the American Mining Congress. Its membership spans coal producers, metals and industrial mineral producers, equipment manufacturers, bulk transportation companies, and engineering firms.
