Narinder Kaur

Narinder Kaur is a British-Indian media personality, broadcaster, and author. She was the first British Indian contestant on the UK's Big Brother in 2001. Since then, she has built a multifaceted career, including hosting The Narinder Kaur Show, writing for The Times, Glamour UK, and The Daily Mirror, and founding Phoenix Healing Therapy, a wellness and life coaching platform.
