Maxime Fournes
Maxime Fournes is the CEO of PauseAI Global, an international nonprofit movement advocating for a pause on the development of superintelligent AI to prevent existential risks to humanity. He holds a background in mathematics and computer science from McGill University and transitioned from volunteer work for PauseAI (beginning May 2023) to serving as its full-time CEO.
