Maud Maron

Maud Maron is a New York City public defender and former Democratic candidate for New York State Assembly who became prominent for challenging progressive education policies, particularly regarding gifted and talented programs. She founded Parent Leaders for Accelerated Curriculum and Excellence (PLACE NYC) and has been a vocal critic of diversity initiatives in New York City schools.
