Magnus Brunner

Magnus Brunner is Austria's European Commissioner for Internal Affairs and Migration, taking office in December 2024. The former Austrian finance minister (2021-2024) previously served as state secretary for budget affairs. A member of the Austrian People's Party, Brunner holds law and business degrees and worked in banking before entering politics in 2017.
