Lev Parnas
Lev Parnas is a Soviet-born American businessman who became a central figure in the Trump-Ukraine scandal and the first impeachment of Donald Trump, serving as an associate of Rudy Giuliani in efforts to investigate Joe Biden in Ukraine. He was convicted in 2022 of campaign finance violations and fraud charges, receiving a 20-month prison sentence.
