Khalil al-Hayya

Khalil al-Hayya is a senior Hamas political leader who serves as deputy head of the organization's political bureau and has been a key negotiator in cease-fire talks with Israel. He has been a prominent spokesperson for Hamas in Gaza and has held leadership positions within the organization since the 1990s.
