Joyce Beatty

Joyce Beatty is a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives serving Ohio's 3rd congressional district since 2013 and former Chair of the Congressional Black Caucus. She previously served in the Ohio House of Representatives and has focused on financial services, voting rights, and social justice issues throughout her career.
