Joe Kent

Joe Kent is an American politician, former U.S. Army Special Forces soldier and CIA paramilitary officer born in 1980 in Oregon. He served as director of the National Counterterrorism Center from 2025 to 2026. Kent ran for Congress in Washington state and resigned from his post on March 17, 2026, in protest of U.S. involvement in the Iran war.
