Arvind Panagariya

Arvind Panagariya is an Indian-American economist and professor at Columbia University who served as vice chairman of NITI Aayog, India's policy think tank, from 2015 to 2017. He previously worked at the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, and taught at Princeton University. Panagariya specializes in international trade, development economics, and has authored several books on Indian economic policy and reforms.
