Armstrong Williams is an American conservative political commentator, author, entrepreneur, and talk show host who owns television stations through Howard Stirk Holdings. He gained national attention in 2005 when it was revealed he received $240,000 from the U.S. Department of Education to promote the No Child Left Behind Act without disclosure.
