Anne P. Mitchell
Anne P. Mitchell, Esq., is an American attorney and internet law expert recognized as one of the original authors of the federal CAN-SPAM Act and founder of the Institute for Social Internet Public Policy (ISIPP). She has served as an adjunct law professor and policy advisor on email, privacy, and internet governance issues, and is known for her legal analysis and commentary on technology and civil liberties law. She currently publishes legal and policy commentary, including analysis of immigration and government enforcement actions, through her Substack newsletter.
