Andrew Nussbaum is Co‑Chair of the Executive Committee and a seasoned partner in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Corporate Department, where he has led major cross‑border M&A, IPOs, and governance matters since joining in 1993 and becoming partner in 1999 . A summa‑cum‑laude Amherst graduate and Rhodes Scholar from Oxford with a J.D. from the University of Chicago, he clerked for Supreme Court Justices Ginsburg and Scalia before building his distinguished legal and civic career.
