Amir Khan Muttaqi

Amir Khan Muttaqi is an Afghan Taliban political leader who has served as the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan since September 2021 following the Taliban's return to power. He previously held various ministerial positions during the first Taliban regime from 1996 to 2001, including Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of Education.
