Ali Velshi
Ali Velshi is a Canadian-American television journalist and author who hosts "Velshi" on MSNBC weekends. Born in 1969 in Nairobi, Kenya, he previously worked at CNN and Al Jazeera America. Velshi covers economics, politics and international affairs, and has authored books on financial topics. He became a U.S. citizen in 2009.
