Al Schmidt

Al Schmidt is an American politician serving as Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 2023, appointed by Governor Josh Shapiro. He previously served as a Philadelphia City Commissioner from 2012 to 2022, where he gained national attention for defending the integrity of the 2020 presidential election in Philadelphia.
