Toby James
Toby James is a professor of politics and public policy at the University of East Anglia. He also teaches at Queens University, Canada and serves as the editor-in-chief of the journal Policy Studies. Additionally, he is the co-director of the Electoral Integrity Project, which aims to improve elections worldwide.
