Observer Research Foundation

The Observer Research Foundation (ORF) is an independent, non-partisan think tank based in New Delhi, India, with additional centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, and Washington, D.C. Established in 1990, ORF conducts research and analysis on a wide range of policy issues, including governance, security, economy, development, and technology, aiming to inform and influence policy decisions both within India and globally.
