Jennifer Walker Elrod

Jennifer Walker Elrod has served as a US circuit judge for the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit since 2007. Prior to that, she was a judge on the 190th District Court in Harris County. Elrod wrote the 2023 ruling that would limit access to mifepristone nationwide.
