Henna Virkkunen

Henna Virkkunen is a Finnish politician from the center-right National Coalition Party who currently serves as Executive Vice‑President of the European Commission for Technological Sovereignty, Security and Democracy. Previously, she was a Member of the European Parliament from 2014 to 2024 and held several ministerial posts in Finland—Minister of Education, Minister of Public Administration and Local Government, and Minister of Transport and Local Government before transitioning to the European stage.
