Erika Kirk

Erika Lane Kirk (née Frantzve; born November 20, 1988) is an American businesswoman, nonprofit executive, and podcaster who serves as chairwoman and CEO of the conservative organization Turning Point USA (TPUSA). She won Miss Arizona USA in 2012, founded the nonprofit Everyday Heroes Like You in 2006, and hosts the Midweek Rise Up podcast. Following the assassination of her husband Charlie Kirk, TPUSA's co-founder, on September 10, 2025, she was unanimously appointed as the organization's new CEO on September 18, 2025.
