Gary Marcus

Gary Marcus is an American psychologist, cognitive scientist, and author, whose research focuses on the intersection of cognitive psychology, neuroscience, and artificial intelligence. He's professor emeritus of psychology and neural science at New York University. In 2014 he founded the machine learning company Geometric Intelligence, which was later acquired by Uber.
