Hans von Spakovsky

Hans von Spakovsky is a senior legal fellow at The Heritage Foundation's Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, where he has worked since 2008. A former Federal Election Commission member (2006-2007) and Justice Department official, he focuses on election law, voting rights, and civil rights issues. Von Spakovsky is a frequent conservative commentator on election integrity and has authored books on voter fraud and immigration.
