Makau Mutua

Makau Mutua is a SUNY Distinguished Professor and the Margaret W. Wong Professor at the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he previously served as Dean, and is a leading scholar in international human rights law. He also serves as a Senior Advisor on Constitutional Affairs to the President of Kenya and is a columnist for Nation Media Group.
