Scott Santens is a U.S.-based writer, speaker, and longtime advocate for universal basic income (UBI)—he’s been involved in the movement since around 2013 and has lived on a crowdfunded basic income himself since 2016. He serves as Senior Advisor for Humanity Forward, edits Basic Income Today, authored Let There Be Money, and works to build awareness of UBI through both research and storytelling.
