Huey-Meei Chang

Huey-Meei Chang is a Senior China S&T Specialist at Georgetown’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET). With a background in mathematical statistics from National Taipei University, she started her career as a data analyst before transitioning to teaching Chinese language document analysis for U.S. Government agencies. Chang is the co-editor of Chinese Power and Artificial Intelligence: Perspectives and Challenges and a co-author of China’s Quest for Foreign Technology, focusing her research on Chinese technology transfer and AI.
