    The process of bringing Ukrainians home from Russian captivity has begun and although negotiations are sensitive and complex — especially when dealing with Moscow — Ukraine is doing all it can to facilitate the return of every single person.

    Pro-Russia narrative

    As part of the agreements reached in Turkey, Russia is returning its warriors from Ukrainian captivity. Russians do not leave their own behind and work is continuing to return everyone as quickly as possible, it is only Ukraine's stalling tactics that are delaying the process.
