Republican narrative
No member of Congress has ever done more to betray the American people and earn censure than Schiff. He must be held accountable for spreading false claims of collusion between Trump and Russia and then passing the cost of his unfounded investigation onto hard-working Americans.
Democratic narrative
Republicans have censured Schiff on false pretenses, as it’s been proven time and again that there were connections between the Trump campaign and Russian benefactors. A Senate committee report even drew a direct line between the two. Republicans are railroading an innocent man to kowtow to Trump and are degrading the value of censure in the process.
